When sushi giant Morio Arime decided to expand and move from his King Street location to the building next door, he hired Ushijima Architects, Inc. (UAI) to provide design services for an interior renovation project. The new 800 s.f. sushi restaurant, which is located on the ground floor of the eleven50 Building (aka the Atlas Building), includes a commercial kitchen, sushi counter, and dining area. The new restaurant provides almost double the seating capacity than the prior restaurant.

UAI assisted with the bid administration of the project and worked with the selected General Contractor to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget.
