Paradigm Construction LLC is a general construction company specializing in heavy civil, major infrastructure utilities, and general building construction. In 2012, Ushijima Architects, Inc. (UAI) was hired to design a new 6,500 s.f. warehouse and office building located in the Waipahu Mill Town Center.

The building was constructed of CMU walls with EFS finish; wood truss roof framing; and engineered wood joist floor framing. The ground floor included a break room, ice machine, ADA compliant unisex restroom, enclosed storage room, roll-up gate and security gate during business hours. The second floor included four offices, a conference room, and open office area for eight staff people; an ADA compliant men’s and women’s restroom; kitchenette; and open lanai.

Since the project was located within the Mill Town Center, UAI coordinated with and responded to comments from the Business and Industrial Park Association.
