Avalon Development hired Ushijima Architects, Inc. (UAI) to provide architectural and engineering services for Lot 2 of the Gentry Business Park located in ‘Ewa Beach. Over the project site’s approximate 12 acres, fifteen (15) buildings will be constructed across a total area of 300,000 s.f.
Four (4) of the fifteen (15) buildings will be of similar type open warehouse with a partial mezzanine level and loading dock below. All other structures will be single story. UAI is designing all structures as Shell Construction only in order to accommodate multiple demised conditions.
UAI has provided conceptual leasing plans and is responsible for the design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration of all structures.
